Move around the ring whilst making an L shape with your feet to maintain your balance. When one foot moves, the other should move with it whilst keeping them at the same distance at all times.
EQUIPMENT
A ring and boxing boots (or non-slip trainers) 
DIFFICULTY
Easy to begin, hard to master.
ATHLETE'S ADVICE
Always stay on the balls of your feet; if you're flat-footed you'll drastically reduce your ability to react against your opponent.
