RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days on full price items, 14 days for sale items to be eligible for a refund or exchange. The items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with labels attached.

All packages arrive with a packing slip. Please fill this out with the reason for your exchange or refund and send back to the return shipping address

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a full refund automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or ship out an exchange with free shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We aim to complete all refunds, exchanges and credit notes within 7 days of receipt of an item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially actioned by your bank.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is actioned.

SALE ITEMS

We will happily offer you an exchange or refund on sales items returned within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If stock is not available, we will refund the item. If you need to exchange it for the same item but in a different size, send us an email to hello@igdsport.com and send your item to: iGD Sport, College Business Park, Kearsley Road, Ripon, HG4 2RN.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

POSTAGE

To return your product, you should send your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We aim to complete all refunds, exchanges and credit notes within 7 days of receipt of an item.

If you are posting items you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
