METHOD |
Perform as many reps as you can of each of the 4x exercises for 45 seconds at a high intensity (total working time per round of 3 minutes) followed by a 60 second break, then move to the next round. |
EQUIPMENT |
2x weighted plates of your choosing, barbell, landmine adaptor (or use a wall corner / another plate to stabilise the bar if you don't have an adaptor), sledgehammer and tyre. |
DIFFICULTY |
Medium to hard, depending on your choice of weight |
ATHLETE'S ADVICE |
To keep it interesting, target new muscle groups or to manage injury, replace an exercise with something else you fancy, but always keep the intensity high. |
