SESSION TIME
15 minutes
METHOD
Perform as many reps as you can of each of the 4x exercises for 45 seconds at a high intensity (total working time per round of 3 minutes) followed by a 60 second break, then move to the next round.
EQUIPMENT
2x weighted plates of your choosing, barbell, landmine adaptor (or use a wall corner / another plate to stabilise the bar if you don't have an adaptor), sledgehammer and tyre.
DIFFICULTY
Medium to hard, depending on your choice of weight
ATHLETE'S ADVICE
To keep it interesting, target new muscle groups or to manage injury, replace an exercise with something else you fancy, but always keep the intensity high.
